With over a decade of performances in Michigan’s Thumb Region, the Lapeer Symphony Orchestra is an integral part of the arts and culture of Lapeer and its surrounding communities.
WHO WE ARE
We are a multi-generational ensemble that welcomes all instrumentalists interested in growing together as both musicians and friends. We provide a fun, casual environment for local musicians to gather, but because we thrive on the support of our neighbors, we are also deeply committed to fostering strong community ties by providing high-quality music of various genres to our audiences.
WHY WE DO IT
We love sharing the joy of making music with each other and our audiences! More specifically, it is the mission of the Lapeer Symphony Orchestra to enhance the city of Lapeer and surrounding area by providing a performance outlet for local musicians and engaging with diverse audiences through the delivery of exceptional music.
